Located in the heart of Metro Vancouver, The Amazing Brentwood is a 28-acre master planned community that is redefining the region’s urban boundaries.

Nemetz (S/A) & Associates is the Principal Electrical Engineering Firm on the project, as well as the Residential Security Designers for Phase 1 and in combination with our Lighting Design Team (Lucent Design Lighting Group) we are involved in assisting the Lighting Designer and Interior Designer in all stages of Lighting Design throughout the project including the Contract Administration. In addition Nemetz (S/A) & Associates has completed the Overall Master Plan; creating an innovative scheme for the servicing of the majority of the site through a service tunnel for BC Hydro, Telus & Shaw. During the construction of the new development we are maintaining the existing services to provide a seamless transition between the current and new commercial tenants.
